Family business has expanded its fleet from eight to 22 vehicles in less than two years.

Over the last six months CARS have invested heavily in new vehicles and equiptment, just some of these new vehicles are:

14T Renault Midlum , with SLA which provides a twin deck, this vehicle has a very low loading angle ideal for prestige vehicles, the Midlum is also capable of carrying transporting three vehicles at once.

3.5t Renault Master slide bed, this vehicle has a load capcity of 1500kgs. Being that it is only 3.5t it can be driven by anyone with a full driving licence. This truck is ideal for around the town and long haul transportation.

Isuzu NQR SLA, this 7.5t vehicle is fitted with a Dyson SLA providing a 5 degree loading angle again ideal for very low vehicles.

18t DAF slide bed and Crane Lorry, an ex Balmedie Service station vehicle which has now been revamped and re-branded as a CARS vehicle.

CARS Recovery could be seen this year exhibiting some off their recovery equiptment and vehicles at Truckfest 08.
They went on to take the prize for best light recovery vehicle with there 7.5t Mitsibushi Canter Underlift. Pictures from the day can be seen below:

In March 2008 an opportunity arrose for CARS Recovery Ltd to take over their main competitor in the recovery industry within the North East , Balmedie Service Station. This has been a great opportunity for CARS as having now successfully joint both entities into one, trading as CARS Recovery we have created the leading Recovery Operator within Aberdeen and surronding areas.
